FINE ART
All sales are final. Extensive time and care is taken to protect and package your art. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact me immediately.
If there is an issue with the package upon delivery, please take photos before opening the package, and then once opened, take photos of the damaged artwork.
Send these images to me and you will have the option to replace with something of the same or lesser value, or a commission similar to the original purchase.
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on purchases of original art in Australia.
Paintings under 100cm on the longest side will be shipped via Australia Post.
Paintings over 100cm on the longest side will be shipped via courier. Due to varying locations and carriers, shipping can take 1-3 weeks and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. This is the only method for shipping oversized fine art.
Your artwork will be shipped within 7 days from the time of purchase. You will be notified via email when your package has been shipped.
International Shipping
If you would like to make a purchase of original artwork from outside of Australia, you may do so via Bluethumb online gallery.
Copyright
The artist retains all rights to the artwork and may create reproductions. Owners may not reproduce art in any way without written permission from the artist.

International Shipping
Prices in the International Print section included international delivery.
The buyer is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the customs authority in country receiving delivery.

ART CLASSES
Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Please double check the date and your availability before booking.
In case of emergency, bookings may only be transferred to another available date if you contact me at least 2 hours before the workshop.
If another workshop is not available, the value of your payment will be transferred to in-store credit (shipping not available).
Not attending the workshop forfeits the fee paid and is non-transferable.
Online Classes
All sales are final.
Studio Cancellation
If I am unable to attend a class due to illness or other extreme circumstances, I will postpone the class to a later date and inform you as soon as possible.
Photography Consent
I will take photographs during the workshops and share content on my website and social media. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken and shared on my social media platforms and website, please let me know in writing.
Liability Waiver
When booking and attending events organised by Tara Sage Fine Art, you agree to the following:
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages and/or injuries which might happen to myself or my personal property whilst participating in a workshop/event organised by Tara Sage Fine Art.
Copyright
Every artwork used in the workshops is owned by Tara Sage Fine Art. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce or use any element of a workshop in part or in full including photographs/videos taken during the workshop for commercial gain. If you wish to share images or video taken during the workshop for personal use, please tag @tarasageart.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and only use your personal information to provide you with information relating to Tara Sage Fine Art and for delivery of purchased products.
